So I was driving down the road today in certain jungle of tall steel & unforgiving concrete. I passed by the old skyscraper of Ikea living rooms & realized how much I miss the 28th floor. On that floor you can if you so inclined to do so; throw all sorts of shit out of the window onto people & never get caught because they do not know where the water balloons or food comes from. But of course I would never do that......Mwah, mwah, hahahaha.
So I'm driving, revin' in 1st because the drain of commuters is so mundane. Slow. Slow is not the way things should be in the Mega-Metropolis. I can't wait till they have flying cars. It will make things so much easier. But then that comes to my IQ driving law. I think they should have one now. Here is what I propose:
The Roma Law
I propose that if the Gov is going to make new laws as they have been doing that they start to offer a new endorsement on DL's. It would be called the Cruiser Endorsement. All DL tests would include a mandatory Drivers IQ test. If u pass this test you would be eligible for the Cruiser Endorsement, which would let passing drivers like myself travel I'n speeds excess of 100mph on hwys I'n the fast lane. All people that do not do well on Driver IQ Test would be forced to travel only I'n the slow lane. (ex. If ur IQ is under 85). This law would also mean that retarded people would never drive because if your Driver IQ falls under 30, well you are Retarded or close. This would make the roads safer!
