I have had many ?'s about what I also do to boost my workouts & what I take daily which I may add is 100% natural. Including the intensive training which has brought my waste from a fat 40 inches (42in around stomach) in June 09' to a nice 32 inches now in March is:

I only take this on days I work out because my Princess complained about the size. Gallium Cocoons & Clean Closets

The Cocoon houses a beautiful Rebirth. Sometimes however we come across ones that are armored in Gallium. The armor is added to the coccoon for many reasons. More than usually because the coccoon is feels it is too weak to withstand the world outside, Hence it coats itself. The Gallium which appears to be Armor is not that what so ever. One touch & the armor turns to liquid exposing whatever is hidden beneath.





What is beneath once reborn is one of the most stunning sights you can see, hear, smell & touch. Not everyone can touch it though as you have to be Understanding, In-Tune & Gentle which this creature. It may also be a character. Remember though, you have to have character to be a character. If you do not possess any character you are empty. But as we all know all empty Containers can be filled. Even as the process of rebirth is happening you can, if you have a good eye, put some Light behind it & watch the natural beauty transform inside.





When the rebirth is complete & the cocoon is discarded all that is left over is dust. Dust is everywhere & it is good to keep some around because dust can clean you even further. Dust is your boundary learning tool. Dust tells you where you have been, what you where, what you are & what you can become. We can all Ascend even further then the rebirth. The rebirth is the Phoenix & total Ascendsion is the plateau. When you reach the top you will have graduated from your 1st & own personal Mystery School.

Down, down, down they go. Where they fall nobody knows. This is what I love about life. I say roll the dice. Let the chips fall where they may. But for the true Radionic warrior......well we can control the dice. When you become a warrior though you do not need the Machines. You can seperate yourself from them. The only thing Drama causes is Collateral Damage. (lucky the definition for this is quite Expansive) Drama, please don't ever say that I did not warn you. But, drama of course you will say that I never did. That is why all of the drama Queens need to read this blog. Drama, I will not Cry for you when you finally one day realize you had the world in the palm of your hand & you threw it all away for petty things.

Anyway how about a nice clip of a Sexy Blonde Go-Go Dancer Getting Down? Some times I wonder why I stayed & I am not Here? But this a past life, in this lifetime, but very far away. While they all look steaming hot in these clips & you may not agree with me on this next comment. But they are all downgrades. Your like, downgrades? Yes, they are downgrades. ALRIGHY THEN!

I never mentioned anything about all of the Alien Head Lollipop People or the
Serial Crushing Jealousy (not me, Roma does not get jealous, Roma gets amused). I guess I will have to post about that at another time. I'm not feeling it right now as I am in a really great mood. Its 2:30 Am & I'm going for a drive on the GSP, no lights at 150mph in a few choice spots I know I can do that while thumping Tiesto at full volume. Fuck I might die tomorrow in the ring. Muay Thai is the most dangerous martial art known to man/woman. (P.S. taekwondo is as usless as Canada) I might as well enjoy myself. Personally before a match which comes randomly I would really like to see my princess. But I guess we all can't have our cake & eat it too. :-)
